The relaxed atmosphere and paradisiacal charm of a white-sand beach, the translucent turquoise-green sea, flowers and colourful fish: there’s no doubt about it, this is THE picture postcard holiday! In the fleet of small islands dotting the oceans between the two tropics, it was Mauritius that gave us the most of this atmosphere. But as we felt funny naming a colour after Mauritius, we preferred Pereybère, a picturesque old fishing village where we stayed.
